completed his training as a mechatronics technician at Merck KGaA in Darmstadt from 2010 to2013. After completing his training, he worked there as a mechatronics technician for a maintenance team in the production of solid dosage forms. During this time, he also successfully completed his advanced training to become an industrial foreman in electrical engineering in 2015. From 2017, he worked as an expert for HVAC systems and PW generation/distribution. Here, his responsibilities included environmental monitoring, e.g. temperature, pressure levels and the planning/implementation of water monitoring. In November 2019, Mr. Arslan additionally took over the administrative support of the tablet presses. His tasks consisted of maintenance, spare parts management and project planning for new equipment. Since February 2022, Mr. Arslan has been working for Fette Compacting GmbH as a service technician in the external sales force.
