is a graduate chemist (specialised in organic chemistry) and obtained his doctorate at the Justus-Liebig-University of Gießen. He has more than 20 years of experience in drug regulatory affairs and has headed the Regulatory Affairs Division at BIONORICA SE as an authorised signatory since 2008. He has profound knowledge of international regulatory requirements and keeps close contact with the regulatory authorities in Europe and beyond. Since 2003 he has also been a lecturer at the Friedrich-Wilhelm-University of Bonn in the study course ‘Master of Drug Regulatory Affairs‘, Module 4, ‘Marketing Authorisation of Special Medicinal Product Groups‘.
