After her studies/doctorate at the University of Giessen in the field of Oecotrophology, she gained many years of experience in the nutrition and pharmaceutical industry. She founded her own company 15 years ago and now offers consulting, lectures and authoring services on medical-scientific as well as regulatory issues. One of her specialties is dietary supplements as well as foods for special consumer groups such as supplemental balanced diets. She draws on an extensive repertoire of judicial and extrajudicial issues, including in the area of herbal ingredients.
