Prof. Dr. iur. Martin W. Wesch

studied law, philosophy, modern history, economics and business administration in Tübingen. After his doctorate ("Neue Arbeitskampfmittel"), legal clerkship with the district president in Dresden, among others, and work abroad with law firms in the USA (Rochester/New York) and Australia (Sydney), he was admitted to the bar at the Regional Court in 1993 and the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart in 1998. Since 1993, he has worked in two larger supra-local law firms. From 1994 to 2011, he was the managing director of the Gütegemeinschaft Pharma-Verpackung e.V.. In 1997, he specialised in labour law. In 2001, he founded the law firm WESCH & BUCHENROTH in Stuttgart together with other lawyers, specialising in commercial law. Since 2002, he has been a lecturer for labour law at the University of Stuttgart. He has been a speaker for the ASW-BW since 2003 and for the ASW-Nord since 2017.

In 2005, he qualified as a specialist lawyer for medical law. In 2007, he received the Wallhäußer Prize. He is an advisory board member of the professional journal "pharmind" and the author of more than 200 publications in books and professional journals.
