Other career positions include shift supervisor of a solid oral dosage form manufacturing facility, operations manager of a packaging facility, and quality management of a CMO of a facility manufacturer. Mr. Brett also gained experience outsourcing clinical trial samples, managing a sterile clinical sample manufacturing facility, and as an auditor for vaccines and diagnostics. Since 2015, he has served clients in the life sciences industry as a consultant on issues related to validation, qualification, and general GMP compliance. He also provides training and conducts third-party audits for contract manufacturers, laboratories and distributors. He has been working for gempex GmbH since January 2020.
