In addition to her licence to practice as a pharmacist, Claudia Valder trained as a perfumer with a focus on natural fragrances. Her many years of industrial activity in various fields of pharmaceutical and cosmetic production, quality control and quality assurance have given her a wealth of experience in all aspects of the production and analysis of herbal raw materials. Ms Valder is a qualified person for natural and herbal medicinal substances and medicinal products and an honorary member of the Olfactology-Gustology Working Group of the German ENT Society. As an expert, she supports the committees on medicinal products and health care in the herbal field at national and European level. In 2016, she founded Systema Natura GmbH, a successful company in the field of supply chain management for herbal raw materials. In 2018, Symaplant GmbH was founded as an innovative manufacturing company. This company supplies herbal raw materials, preparations and finished products from global, transparent supply chains. Ms Valder has published her knowledge of natural products in various workshops and articles.
