Advises and represents companies in regulatory, contractual and competition law matters relating to food, feed, cosmetics, tobacco products, pharmaceuticals and chemicals law. Lecturer for many years at SRH Riedlingen in food law (until 04/2020) as well as at ZWW/Uni Augsburg. Numerous publications in the main areas, including novel foods, botanicals, food supplements, specialty foods, health claims, delimitation issues, additives, feed, pharmaceuticals, medical devices. Member of the GRUR expert committee on pharmaceutical and food law, the working group on the food industry of the Munich/Upper Bavaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and on the board of the European Food Law Association (EFLA).
