He specialises in and has many years of experience in providing legal advice to and representing companies that manufacture health products ranging from food supplements and medical devices to prescription-only medicinal products. He regularly lectures on regulatory issues in these areas, as well as on topics relating to advertising law for medicines. He is a member of the committees for substance-based medical devices of the BPI and the BAH and co-author of the commentary on medical device legislation by Lücker/Baumann.
