Ein wirksames neues Medikament zu entwickeln und somit Hoffnung für eine Vielzahl von Patienten zu schaffen, steht im Mittelpunkt des ersten Webinars der zweiteiligen Reihe.
Von der ersten Idee, für welche Erkrankung ein neues Medikament entwickelt werden soll, bis zur erfolgreichen Zulassung vergehen oft viele Jahre. In dieser Zeit wird in unzähligen Schritten in multidisziplinären Teams an engverzahnten Arbeitspakten gearbeitet.
Auf High Throughput Screening und Kandidatenidentifizierung folgt - parallel zu der Entwicklung der Darreichungsform - die Testung in klinischen Studien. Sind die Zulassungsstudien erfolgreich, erfolgt die Zusammenstellung des Dossiers und die Einreichung bei den Behörden.
Inhalte des ersten Teils:
- der Weg von der Forschung zur Entwicklung,
- der Weg von der Entwicklung zur Markteinführung,
- sowie ein detaillierter Blick auf die Entwicklung der Darreichungsform.
Der zweite Teil dieser Webinar-Reihe beleuchtet Aspekte der Qualitätssicherung sowie die regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
Arzneimittel sind Waren besonderer Art. Von der einwandfreien Qualität hängt die Gesundheit und unter Umständen das Leben der Patienten ab. Aus diesem Grund ist die Produktion von Arzneimitteln durch nationale und internationale Gesetze, Verordnungen, Richtlinien, Guidelines, etc. stark reglementiert.
Nach der Zulassung darf ein Arzneimittelhersteller ausschließlich nach den in den Zulassungsunterlagen beschriebenen Verfahren herstellen und prüfen.
Inhalte des zweiten Teils:
- Was bedeutet GMP
- Warum müssen analytische Methoden und Herstellprozesse validiert sein
- Wie sind die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Was macht eigentlich die ICH
- Und wofür gibt es Arzneibücher
Wer sollte teilnehmen?
Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Pharmaindustrie, die in zur Entwicklung/Herstellung benachbarten Gebieten tätig sind oder waren, wie z.B. Logistik, Marketing, Market Access, Medizin; Berufseinsteiger und -umsteiger; sowie all jene die sich einen kompakten Überblick über die Entwicklung und Zulassung von neuen Medikamenten, als auch die regulatorischen Grundlagen verschaffen wollen.
