Outsourcing im GxP-Umfeld - Weg von der Theorie hin zur Praxis
Outsourcing als Ansatz zur Schaffung von Mehrwert und Skalierbarkeit erfährt eine intensive und häufige Nutzung im hochregulierten GxP-Umfeld der Pharmaindustrie. Die konkrete Umsetzung der Vergabe von Outsourcing-Paketen an externe Partner birgt jedoch sowohl Herausforderungen als auch Spannungsfelder, die auf Basis eines schlüssigen theoretischen Konzeptes kombiniert mit praxisbezogener Erfahrung und ergebnisorientierten Strukturen adressiert und aufgelöst werden können.
Im Webinar werden Definitionen und Abgrenzungen aufgegriffen, neue Perspektiven dargestellt sowie die Phasen der Diagnostik und der Herstellung der Outsourcing-Fähigkeit erläutert. Aufbauend wird sich das Webinar mit der Implementierung von Outsourcing-Lösungen in der Pharmaindustrie beschäftigen. Der Fokus des Webinars liegt dabei auf dem Outsourcing von Dienstleistungen in verschiedensten Tätigkeitsfeldern. Neben pharmatypischen Dienstleistungen im Qualitätsmanagement, der Pharmakovigilanz und im Bereich Regulatory Affairs werden in diesem Zusammenhang u. a. auch Services rund um die Lieferkette, die Logistik und den Transport verstanden.
Zur Veranschaulichung der konkreten Randbedingungen werden im Rahmen der Veranstaltung punktuell anonymisierte Kundenbeispiele aufgegriffen.
