Ongoing Process Verification (OPV) in der Praxis – Von der Theorie zur Routine
Mit der Novellierung des Annex 15 des EU-GMP-Leitfadens wurde die „Fortlaufende Prozessverifizierung (engl. „Ongoing Process Verification“, OPV) aufgenommen. Es handelt sich dabei um den dokumentierten Nachweis, dass sich ein Prozess während der kommerziellen Herstellung im beherrschten Kontrollzustand („state of control“) befindet.
Die Etablierung der OPV ist nicht immer einfach. Beispielsweise implizieren Arzneimittel, die nur mit nur wenigen Chargen pro Jahr hergestellt werden, oder solche mit spezifischen Produktcharakteristika eine Reihe von Fragestellungen zu einer angemessenen praktischen Umsetzung. Vorliegende (mehrjährige) Prozesskenntnisse und Prozessvalidierungen in Kombination von Risikobewertungen helfen bei der Erstellung der Konzeption einer OPV.
Idealerweise kann man sich an bekannten und bewährten Lösungswegen orientieren. Diese sollen in dem Webinar vorgestellt werden. Erfahrungen aus behördlichen Inspektionen und Auditierungen ergänzen die Informationen. Zudem werden die wesentlichen statistischen Werkzeuge zur Betrachtung und Bewertung für OPV-Projekte vorgestellt.
Um die Thematik generell gut verstehen zu können, startet das Webinar mit einer Übersicht zum relevanten regulatorischen Rahmen.
Die OPV ist Bestandteil der aktuellen und künftigen Führung von Herstellprozessen für Arzneimittel zur Realisierung der unter GMP geforderten Qualitätsansprüche. Damit bietet sich ein Ausblick in die weitere Perspektive dieser GMP-Welt mit Design Space, PAT, digitalem Zwilling und KI-Elementen an.
In dem Webinar lernen Sie wie eine Ongoing Process Verification durchgeführt wird. Dazu gehört die Definition der relevanten Risikoparameter und Kriterien für eine OPV. Das Vorgehen wird durch Praxisbeispiele anschaulich vorgestellt und erklärt.
