Vorgefüllte Spritzen – kann doch jeder, oder?
Vorgefüllte Spritzen, oder pre-filled syringes (PFS), sind auf dem Vormarsch – und das zu Recht! Bieten diese Produkte doch eine patiententolerierbare parenterale Verabreichung. Da sich diese Produkte schon lange auf dem Markt bewährt haben, könnte man davon ausgehen, dass hierzu alle Aspekte klar und Prozesse angemessen etabliert sind. Anhand einer Fallstudie sollen Risiken, Stolperfallen, aber auch Opportunität aufgezeigt werden. Dabei soll auch eine angemessene Herangehensweise an die Entwicklung einer PFS aufgezeigt werden und wie Probleme gelöst werden können. Das gilt auch im Lichte der angestrebten kurzen Entwicklungszeit. Durch die Fallstudie erhalten Sie einen möglichen, strategischen Entwicklungsplan für Ihr nächstes PFS-Projekt oder in Analogie für andere Kombinationsprodukte.

- Genereller Entwicklungsablauf einer PFS
- Was ist der richtige Startpunkt für die Entwicklung der PFS?
- Wo werden welche Daten erarbeitet, die für die NBOp benötigt werden?
- Auf was ist zu achten, wenn man anstelle einer PFS doch einen Injektor auf den Markt bringen will?
- Was ist eigentlich mit Altprodukten in einer PFS?
