Die Verantwortliche Person für den Verkehr mit Betäubungsmitteln (BtMV)
Die Betäubungsmittelverantwortliche (BtMV) ist eine Grundvoraussetzung zur Erlangung und Aufrechterhaltung einer Betäubungsmittelerlaubnis und somit unerlässlich für alle wirtschaftlichen Akteure im Umgang mit Betäubungsmitteln.
Anforderungen an die BtMV:
Die Anforderungen an die BtMV sind hoch. Neben einer entsprechenden Berufsausbildung sind auch Berufserfahrung, theoretische Kenntnisse sowie die persönliche Eignung erforderlich, um langfristig erfolgreich und täglich sicher agieren zu können.
Ziele des Intensivtrainings:
Dieses Intensivtraining vermittelt sowohl die fachlichen als auch die persönlichen Voraussetzungen für die Rolle der BtMV. Zum einen werden die inhaltlichen Anforderungen zum Nachweis der Sachkenntnis abgedeckt, einschließlich aller relevanten BtM-berührenden Gesetze und Verordnungen. Zum anderen werden auch persönliche Aspekte wie die Eignung, der berufliche Stand innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie die Verantwortlichkeiten und Haftungsfragen der BtMV behandelt.
Ein zentraler Bestandteil des Online-Seminars ist der Praxis-Workshop, in dem Teilnehmende eigene Problemstellungen und Fragen einbringen können, um das BtMG optimal im eigenen Betrieb zu implementieren. Im (kommerziellen) Umgang mit medizinischem Cannabis ist auch eine Verantwortliche Person mit Sachkenntnis per Gesetz vorgesehen.
Wichtig: Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme erhalten Sie die Bestätigung ihrer Teilnahme, die Sie als Ergänzung des Nachweises der Sachkenntnis nach BtMG sowie als Ergänzung der notwendige Sachkenntnis für den "Cannabis-Verantwortlichen" nach § 9 Abs. 1 Satz 3 MedCanG verwenden können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Fortbildung als zusätzliche Qualifikation dient und nicht Nachweise einer entsprechenden akademischen Ausbildung und den Nachweis einschlägiger praktischen Tätigkeiten ersetzen können.

Modul 1: BtM - Allgemeines
- Ist alles, was süchtig macht ein BtM und machen alle BtM süchtig?
- Aufbau des BtMG und Abgrenzung zu anderen Gesetzen
- Erlaubnisverfahren und Antragsverfahren
Modul 2: Umgang mit Betäubungsmitteln
- Außenhandel nach BtMAHV
- Binnenhandel nach BtMBinHV
- Anforderungen an den Betriebsablauf (Sicherung, Kennzeichnung, Vernichtung von BtM)
Modul 3: Praxisworkshop mit eigenen Fragestellungen und beispielhaften Betriebsabläufen
- Beispiel 1: Großhandel von BtM
- Beispiel 2: herstellender Betrieb von BtM
- Aufzeichnungen und Meldungen nach BtMG
Modul 4: Persönliche Eignung, Verantwortung und Haftung
- Anforderungen & Skill Sets für den BtMV
- Behördliche Überwachungsmaßnahmen
- Haftung des BtM-Verantwortlichen
- Möglichkeiten der Risikobegrenzung
Hinweis: In jedem Modul erfolgt eine Gegenüberstellung der Besonderheiten von BtMG zu MedCanG. Zur besseren Lesbarkeit wird primär auf das BtMG verwiesen.
Damit alle Aspekte des BtMG bzw. MedCanG in unserer Fortbildung adressiert werden, können die Module nicht einzeln gebucht werden.
