Während die Intention hinter PUPSIT, die Sicherheit und Qualität steriler pharmazeutischer Produkte zu gewährleisten, lobenswert ist, sind die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen und das erhöhte Risiko von Kontaminationen nicht zu vernachlässigen. Es ist wichtig, dass die pharmazeutische Industrie und regulatorische Behörden zusammenarbeiten, um die Notwendigkeit und Effektivität von PUPSIT kontinuierlich zu bewerten und zu überprüfen, ob die aktuellen Praktiken die sichersten und effizientesten Wege darstellen, die Integrität steriler Filtrationsprozesse zu gewährleisten.

Im Webinar wird den Teilnehmern konkret eine Handlungsanleitung zu PUPSIT vermittelt, wann und wie die Implementierung notwendig ist, und natürlich wie der Ablauf in der Praxis erfolgen kann. Neben Qualitätsthemen werden auch Kosten- und Engineeringaspekte behandelt.
