Audits: Qualitätsmerkmale bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung
Die regelmäßige Durchführung von Audits stellen eine notwendige Voraussetzung im GxP-Umfeld dar, um regulatorische Anforderungen zu erfüllen und die Wirksamkeit von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und deren Umsetzung im Hinblick auf regulatorische Vorgaben objektiv nachzuweisen. Aber wie kann überhaupt sichergestellt werden, dass ein Audit systematisch und mit hoher Qualität durchgeführt wird? Wie bereite ich ein gutes Audit vor und wie schreibe ich einen hochwertigen, aussagekräftigen Auditbericht, der eine gute Basis für die Verfolgung von CAPA-Maßnahmen darstellt?
Dazu sind, neben den grundsätzlichen Anforderungen zu auditieren, in den GxP-Regularien interessanterweise nur wenig Hinweise zu finden. Diese finden sich eher in entsprechenden ISO-Normen und auch in Verfahrensanweisungen sowie Aide Memoires der ZLG. Daraus ergibt sich in der Praxis häufig ein eher „zufälliges“, wenig systematisches auditieren, um Vorgaben zu erfüllen mit einem wechselseitigen Spannungsverhältnis zwischen Auditor und Auditierten.
In der Schulung werden u.a. die nachfolgenden Aspekte durch einen erfahrenen, international tätigen Auditor in der Theorie aber auch umfassend anhand von praktischen Beispielen behandelt:

- Selbstinspektionen, Inspektionen, Audits: Unterschiede, Gemeinsamkeiten
- Unterschiedliche Auditscopes: GDP, GMP, Chemikalien & Hilfsstoffe, Wirkstoffe, Arzneimittel, Q-Labore, spezielle Stoffe
- Vorbereitung von Audits: häufig unterschätzt mit gravierenden Folgen
- Durchführung von Audits: Führung des Audits, Fragetechniken, Auditsprache, Verhalten im Audit
- Abweichungen in Audits
- Protokollierung in Audits
- Nachbereitung von Audits: Auditbericht, CAPA-Maßnahmen
- Auditpsychologie: Erwartungen, Ängste und Emotionen von Auditor und Auditierten
- Zeitmanagement in Audits
Das Webinar richtet sich daher an Auditoren aus den Bereichen der Qualitätssicherung und der Produktion. Es ist für Anfänger aber auch fortgeschrittene Auditoren geeignet. Die dargestellten Inhalte sind darüber hinaus hilfreich für Auditierte und Inspizierte.
