Die Arzneibücher enthalten nicht nur verbindliche Qualitätsvorgaben für Wirkstoffe, Hilfsstoffe, Fertigprodukte, Packmaterialien und Reagenzien, sie enthalten auch Vorgaben zu zahlreichen Prüfverfahren und viele im Rahmen der Pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle einzuhaltenden Bedingungen. Die Vorgaben der Arzneibücher sind legal bindend. In der Webinar-Reihe wird detailliert auf das Europäische Arzneibuch eingegangen und ein Überblick zur Struktur und einigen wichtigen Anforderungen der der USP vermittelt. Über die Grundlagen hinausgehend werden auch aktuelle Entwicklungen und Änderungen in der 11. Ausgabe des Europäischen Arzneibuchs behandelt.

Lerninhalte

Die Webinar-Reihe bietet einen umfassenden Überblick zu den Anforderungen im Europäischen Arzneibuch sowie einen Überblick zu allgemeinen Anforderungen und Struktur der USP. Zusätzlich werden alle wesentlichen Änderungen in der 11. Ausgabe des Europäischen Arzneibuchs sowie deren praktische Konsequenz für die pharmazeutische Qualitätskontrolle erläutert. Schließlich wird auch aus Einzelaspekte, wie die rechtlichen Grundlagen, verantwortlichen Behörden und Publikationsorgane von Ph. Eur. und USP eingegangen, aktuelle Entwicklungen im Zertifizierungsverfahren für Wirkstoffe vorgestellt.

Wer sollte teilnehmen?

Basisschulungen zum Arzneibuch und entsprechende Updates sind zwingend für alle Mitarbeiter in der Pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle sowie ggf. auch für Mitarbeiter der Qualitätssicherung und im Bereich "Regulatory Affairs".
