Erfolgreiches Changemanagement in Zeiten der Dauer-Transformation
Folgende Fragestellungen werden im Rahmen des Webinars behandelt:
- Changekurve verstehen: Effekte der Vielzahl an Veränderungen und Transformationen auf Emotionen, Motivation und Bedürfnisse im Arbeitsalltag
- Effekte von Veränderung abhängig von Insights/DISG-Persönlichkeiten
- Wie schaffe ich für mich und mein Team ein Gefühl der Sicherheit in Zeiten der Unsicherheit zu geben und Mitarbeiter zu halten?
- Wie schaffe ich es in Zeiten der Veränderung meine innere Ruhe zu behalten, mein Team zu motivieren und zu führen und als Führungskraft mit Druck von allen Seiten (regulatorisch, unternehmerisch, personell) umzugehen?
Hintergrund:
Die Anforderungen an jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter, aber auch an Führungskräfte werden immer höher. Gerade im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Industrie fordert die Aufgabe der Führung nicht nur Fach-, sondern auch Sozialkompetenz, da Menschen vieler unterschiedlicher Hintergründe, Persönlichkeitstypen und Erfahrungslevel erfolgreich zusammenarbeiten müssen. Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte der Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle stehen häufig unter besonderem Druck: Es müssen immer strengere KPIs eingehalten werden, neue Systeme werden eingeführt und müssen schnell erlernt werden, was gemeinsam die Arbeitsbelastung erhöht. Durch den Eintritt einer Vielzahl an Menschen ins Rentenalter, aber auch durch zusätzlichen Personalabbau und durch das Umlegen von immer mehr Aufgaben auf weniger Köpfe steigt das Stresslevel aller Mitarbeiter, die plötzlich auch hierdurch neue und zusätzliche Aufgaben übernehmen müssen. Die Motivation sinkt, und auch Konfliktpotenziale steigen immer mehr. Kommunikation und das Gefühl der Sicherheit als Erfolgsfaktor werden in diesem Umfeld immer wichtiger.
Im Webinar werden Werkzeuge und Strategien besprochen, um die Persönlichkeitstypen sicher durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen, Kommunikation zu verbessern, die Ruhe im Team zu bewahren, Potenziale zu nutzen und Abwanderung zu reduzieren. Im Webinar werden konkrete praxisnahe Fragestellungen aus dem Pharmaumfeld erläutert.

- Start-Up im mRNA-Bereich: Welche Strategien helfen beim Umgang mit der Vielzahl an Changes persönlich, aber auch im Team?
- Digitale Transformation, wie Laborstatistikprogramme und Transparenz via Audit Trails: Wie werden ältere Mitarbeiter mitgenommen und fühlen sich nicht abgehängt?
- Fachkräftemangel in der pharmazeutischen Industrie: Wie kann ich die Generation Z integrieren und meinen Betrieb auf die geänderten Anforderungen einstellen?
Dieses Webinar richtet sich an alle Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit einer aktuellen Problemstellung in den Bereichen Umgang mit einer Vielzahl an Veränderungen und Transformationen, verringerter Motivation, Abwanderung von Arbeitskräften, die für sich selbst aber auch ihr Team einen besseren Umgang erlernen möchten.
