Folgende Fragestellungen werden im Rahmen des Webinars beantwortet:

- Wie kann ich meinen Kommunikationsstil entsprechend anpassen, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen, sowohl auf persönlicher als auch auf Business-Ebene?
- Wie verteilen sich Persönlichkeitstypen in den verschiedenen Bereichen in einem Pharmaunternehmen und was heißt das konkret für die Zusammenarbeit?
- Welche Konfliktpotenziale gibt es je nach Persönlichkeitstyp und wie lassen sich Konflikte reduzieren?
Hintergrund:
Die Anforderungen an jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter, aber auch an Führungskräfte werden immer höher. Gerade im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Industrie fordert die Aufgabe der Führung nicht nur Fach-, sondern auch Sozialkompetenz, da Menschen vieler unterschiedlicher Hintergründe und Erfahrungslevel erfolgreich zusammenarbeiten müssen. Kommunikation als Erfolgsfaktor wird in diesem Umfeld immer wichtiger.
Im Webinar werden Werkzeuge und Strategien besprochen, um die Motivation der verschiedenen Mitarbeiterpersönlichkeitstypen zu erhöhen, Kommunikation zu verbessern, Bedürfnisse besser zu verstehen und einzuordnen, Konfliktpotenziale zu verringern und Mitarbeiter-Abwanderung zu reduzieren. Im Webinar werden konkrete praxisnahe Fragestellungen aus dem Pharmaumfeld erläutert.

- Welche Teamzusammenstellung in einem analytischen Routinelabor ist am erfolgversprechendsten?
- Ist ein im Farbenspektrum ausgeglichenes Team immer die richtige Entscheidung?
- Launchprojekte: Welche Charaktere benötige ich, um einen Produktlaunch zu absolvieren? Welche Rolle übernimmt wer? Welche Vor- und welche Nachteile haben welche Persönlichkeiten in einem solchen Projekt?
- Änderung einer Pen-Assembly Line: Welche Charaktere werden für welchen Aufgaben benötigt?
- Rote Charaktere als Auslaufmodell? Wozu werden rote Charaktere der Qualitätssicherung noch gebraucht?
Dieses Webinar richtet sich an alle Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit aktuellen Problemstellungen in den Bereichen Stressmanagement, Burnout-Prävention, persönlicher Energie, die für sich selbst aber auch ihr Team wieder mehr Energie und Motivation aufbauen möchten.
