KOSTENFREIES VCA Webinar: Medizinal-Cannabis: Anforderungen an Prüfzertifikate in der Apotheke
Da es sich bei den Medizinal-Cannabisblüten und entsprechende Zubereitungen entweder um Wirkstoffe oder um Arzneimittel (im Bulk) und nicht um Fertigarzneimittel handelt, sind diese nach § 6 Abs. 1 ApBetrO in der Apotheke zu prüfen. Die Prüfung wird in den meisten Fällen auf eine Identitätsprüfung reduziert. In diesem Fall muss immer ein Zertifikat nach § 6 Abs. 3 ApBetrO vorliegen, das Prüfresultate abbildet, die in einem Labor in einem EU-Mitgliedsstaat erhalten wurden, das über eine EU-GMP-Herstellerlaubnis verfügt. Diese Zertifikate müssen eine Reihe von formalen Anforderungen erfüllen, auf die im Rahmen des Webinars eingegangen wird. Hinsichtlich der geprüften Qualitätsattribute müssen alle Anforderungen abgebildet sein, die in Deutschland für Medizinische Cannabisblüten relevant sind. Die Prüfergebnisse sind so anzugeben, dass die Anforderungen einer guten Dokumentationspraxis erfüllt sind. Viele der von den Lieferanten vorgelegten Zertifikate erfüllen diese Anforderungen nur unvollständig. Es wird im Rahmen des Webinars im Detail dargestellt auf welche formalen Kriterien geachtet werden muss und wie sichergestellt werden kann, dass der legalen Obliegenheit bei der Eingangsprüfung in der Apotheke Rechnung getragen wird.
Die Zertifikate erhalten auch Angaben zur Haltbarkeit, die mit den Prüfergebnissen in Einklang stehen müssen. Auch daraus ergibt sich nicht selten ein Spannungsfeld für die Apotheken, falls die Haltbarkeitsfristen von den Lieferanten hier nicht sachgerecht etabliert wurden und die diesbezüglichen Daten nicht transparent zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch auf diese Problematik wird im Detail eingegangen.
