Projekte im Pharmaumfeld müssen sicher und zuverlässig gemanagt werden. Wie immer in der Pharmabranche spielt das Thema Qualität auch in Projekten eine entscheidende Rolle. Fritz Röder verfügt über 18 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in Pharmabetrieben zum Beispiel in Investitionsprojekten von klein bis groß, aber auch Projekten mit hoher organisatorischer Komplexität oder zeitkritischem Ablauf wie FDA Readiness, Datenintegrität, Operational Excellence oder auch Transferprojekte.
