Pharmakovigilanz für Phytopharmaka mit Seitenblick auf verwandte Vigilanzbereiche – Routine oder Spezialherausforderung?
Phytopharmaka gehören zu den besonderen Therapierichtungen nach § 105 AMG, wie auch Homöopathika oder Anthroposophika. Auch im europäischen Rahmen gibt es dafür Besonderheiten, etwa durch den THMP-Status für Phytopharmaka oder für Homöopathika, die nach Artikel 14 Humancodex geregelt sind. In welchem Ausmaß dies in die Pharmakovigilanzverpflichtungen spielt, ist Gegenstand des Webinars. Neben grundlegenden Anforderungen und Besonderheiten für Phytopharmaka geht es auch darum, wie Grenzfragen zu Produkten mit anderem Marktzugangsstatus relevant sein können. Neben den Homöopathika/ Anthroposphika sollen auch Kosmetika und stoffliche Medizinprodukte in diesem Kontext angesprochen werden.
