Umgebungsmonitoring und Überwachung von Medien - wer macht hier eigentlich was und warum?
Tablette, Salbe, Spritze: egal, welche Darreichungsform in Ihrem Betrieb hergestellt wird, man erwartet von Ihnen ein ausreichendes Maß an Kontrolle über Ihre Herstellumgebung. Dazu zählen nicht nur Räume und Raumluft, sondern auch Mitarbeiter, Medien, Desinfektionsmittel oder Herstellprozesse. All das unterliegt in mehr oder weniger intensivem Maß einem Monitoring. Die Verantwortung hierüber liegt zwar gemäß AMWHV §12 beim Leiter der Herstellung, aber die Durchführung, Implementierung und Auswertung wird in der Praxis quasi immer an Andere delegiert, der Leiter der Herstellung (LdH) gibt die Verantwortung ab. Wer macht nun was? Und wie macht man es richtig? Abhängig von der Betriebsgröße können die Zuständigkeiten weitverzweigt und komplex sein. Das gilt auch für die zugehörige Dokumentation.
Ein weiterer Aspekt im Webinar ist das Thema Trending. Fritz Röder erklärt Grundsätze, und was zu tun ist, wenn sich mikrobiologische Daten statistisch schlecht einordnen lassen.
