Die Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR) ist eine der zentralen molekularbiologischen Methoden in Forschung, Diagnostik und Qualitätskontrolle. Eine fundierte Entwicklung und Validierung von PCR-Assays sind entscheidend, um reproduzierbare, spezifische und regulatorisch konforme Ergebnisse sicherzustellen.
