Umfassender Überblick zur Cannabisgesetzgebung in Deutschland | 3 -teilig
Die gesetzlichen Vorgaben für Medizinalcannabis haben sich durch das Inkrafttreten des MedCanG grundlegend geändert; für Konsumcannabis wurde mit dem KCanG erstmals eine gesetzliche Grundlage geschaffen. Die Vorschriften zum Medizinal bzw. Konsumcannabis führen in der Praxis zu zahlreichen Anwendungsschwierigkeiten und damit zu Verunsicherung. Dies betrifft etwa die Anforderungen an Apotheken, Hersteller und Distributoren im Umgang mit Medizinalcannabis, die erforderlichen Genehmigungen für den Eigenanbau von Cannabis in Anbauvereinigungen sowie die Auswirkungen neuer Qualitätsanforderungen und regionaler Sonderregelungen auf die tägliche Arbeit.
Trotz der noch jungen gesetzlichen Regelungen finden hierzu fortwährend grundlegende, zuweilen auch politisch eingefärbte Diskussionen statt, bis hin zu konkreten Änderungsvorschlägen zum Medizinalcannabis. Die kurze Seminarreihe vermittelt einen Überblick zu den wichtigsten Regelungen und Vorgaben des Cannabisrechts.
Die Referenten Dr. Marcus Geschwandtner und Dr. Angela Graf sind Mitherausgeber und Autoren des Anfang 2026 erscheinenden Beck-Kommentars Geschwandtner/Graf/Sobota – Cannabisrecht (KCanG, MedCanG) und widmen sich den aktuellen Themen mit wissenschaftlichem Anspruch und Blick für die Praxis.
