Verifizierung von Arzneibuchmethoden
Für die in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle angewandten Prüfverfahren ist jeweils der Nachweis zu erbringen, dass sie für den vorhergesehenen Zweck geeignet sind. Arzneibuchmethoden des europäischen oder amerikanischen Arzneibuchs gelten gemeinhin als validiert. Bei der Implementierung im eigenen Labor muss daher keine vollständige Validierung nach ICH Q2 durchgeführt werden, es muss allerdings der Nachweis erbracht werden, dass auch unter den tatsächlich vorliegenden Umgebungsbedingungen die Leistungsfähigkeit der Verfahren gegeben ist. Dieser Vorgang wird in der USP unter dem Begriff „Verifizierung“ in der Ph. Eur (neuerdings) im neuen Kapitel 5,26 „Implementierung“ beschrieben. Das Kapitel wurde mit der 11. Ausgabe offiziell und ist seit Januar 2023 anwendbar, in der DACH-Region in der deutschen Ausgabe seit Juli 2023.
Der Umfang der Verifizierung bzw. Implementierung wird dabei spezifisch für eine bestimmte Laborumgebung auf Grundlage der Komplexität des Verfahrens, der Erfahrung im jeweiligen Labor und der Komplexität der Probe und der Probenaufarbeitung festgelegt.
In dem Webinar lernen Sie Methoden zu bewerten, den Umfang der durchzuführenden Prüfungen festzulegen und die Akzeptanzkriterien sinnvoll zu setzen. Anhand von verschiedenen Fallbeispielen wird dieser Vorgang anschaulich beschrieben.
