Online-Workshop Excel-VBA-Programmierung für Anfänger
Nicht selten ist es erforderlich, dass für Excel-Vorlagen, die in der pharmazeutischen Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle oder anderen Bereichen im GxP-Umfeld genutzt werden, Makros programmiert werden müssen. Das ist beispielsweise der Fall für
- Zeitaufwändige manuelle Auswertungen, die durch Makros z.T. auf wenige Sekunden reduziert werden können.
- Berechnungen ermöglichen, die mit gesperrten Tabellen sonst nicht möglich wären.
MS Excel enthält dafür eine eingebaute Programmiersprache (VBA = Visual Basic for Applications). Diese Programmiersprache befindet sich auf jedem Computer auf dem Excel installiert ist.
Der Online- Workshop richtet sich an Programmier-Anfänger. Es sind weder Vorkenntnisse in VBA noch in einer sonstigen Programmiersprache notwendig.

- Vorbereiten der Excel-VBA-Entwicklungsumgebung
- Aufzeichnen von Makros
- Kommunikation mit dem Anwender: Message-Box
- Nacharbeiten von aufgezeichneten Makros
- Schleifen (For-Next, Do-Until, While-Wend)
- Dateiformat: xlsm, Schutz von eigenen VBA-Programmen
- Programmier-„Disziplin“ (Deklaration von Variablen, Namen von Variablen, verbotene Namen, Namen von Modulen)
In dem Webinar werden Übungsaufgaben durchgeführt und die gefundenen Lösungen anschließend besprochen.
Wer sollte teilnehmen?
Das Webinar wurde entwickelt für alle in der Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung tätigen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, die mit Excel-Dateien oder Excel-Listen arbeiten. Ziel ist es, die Möglichkeiten von Excel-Dateien durch selbst erstellte Programm-Module zu erweitern. Es sind keinerlei Vorkenntnisse erforderlich, weder in VBA-Programmierung noch in einer anderen Programmiersprache.

Wichtiger Hinweis zu den technischen Voraussetzungen:
Sie benötigen zwei Bildschirme, um an einem Bildschirm das Webinar zu verfolgen und am zweiten Bildschirm selbst die Anwendungen auszuprobieren. Dafür brauchen Sie an Ihrem Rechner oder Laptop Excel installiert (Version 2010 bis Version 365). Stellen Sie sicher, dass auf Ihrem Rechner/Laptop die VBA-Entwicklungsumgebung freigeschaltet werden kann (fragen Sie ggf. Ihren IT-System-Administrator).
