In der pharmazeutischen Produktion ergeben sich viele Anwendungsfällen für Künstliche Intelligenz: Generative KI kann das Qualitätsmanagementsystem unterstützen, Machine Learning Algorithmen lernen von Daten in der Produktion und in der Qualitätskontrolle.
Im Zuge der vor gut zwei Jahren angekündigten Updates der EU GMP Regularien wurde ein neuer Annex 22 „Artificial Intelligence“ angekündigt, lange und mit viel Spannung erwartet und schließlich im Juli als Entwurf veröffentlicht.
