is an experienced Quality Manager at The Force CT GmbH in Germany. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, North Macedonia, and has over six years of experience in quality assurance, quality control and regulatory compliance.
In her current role, Martina focuses on developing and optimising Quality Management Systems (QMS) for medicinal products and APIs, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and ISO standards. She also consults companies on quality assurance projects, prepares for audits and inspections, and supports businesses in obtaining manufacturing authorisations and licences. She has also been a speaker at PharmaLab, sharing her knowledge about the risk-based qualification of HPLC systems.
Martina has completed several professional training programmes, including Kenx Validation University and Veeva R&D Quality Summit. She is an active member of the ASTM Cleaning Group and the Macedonian Pharmaceutical Chamber.
