He advises all international and national economic players in the medical device industry, drawing on his many years of expertise and experience to find practical and commercially viable solutions to all legal and regulatory issues.
In addition to his work as a lecturer for various continuing education providers, the University of Augsburg and the University of Marburg for the master's programme there, he is the author of numerous specialist publications and editor of the specialist ‘Medizinprodukte Journal’ (Medical Devices Journal), which has been established for 30 years, and the major commentary: Lücker/Baumann, Medizinprodukterecht (Medical Device Law).
