He has multidisciplinary experience in the areas of CDMO site management, footprint and due diligence projects, and the conceptual design of production facilities, taking a holistic approach that encompasses business management, product, process, cGMP and lean aspects. As a pharmacist, Qualified Person, holder of a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology and with a degree in business administration, he combines cGMP with business management requirements and production engineering expertise. Development and production facilities for dosage forms containing highly potent active pharmaceutical ingredients are one of his areas of specialisation, which includes industrial hygiene monitoring. Hubert Bensmann worked for international pharmaceutical companies and contract manufacturing organisations before founding Bensmann GmbH in 2018.
