Dr. Evelyn Wolfram

is a senior lecturer in phytopharmacy, natural products and quality management at the ZHAW, as well as an entrepreneur. With many years of industry experience in R&D and QM, she leads interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of industry, regulatory bodies and science, focusing on the development of natural health products and phytochemical analysis in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and biotechnology sectors. Her expertise covers the quality, evidence base and safety of plant-based products, particularly phytopharmaceuticals (‘traditional’/‘well-established use’), with a focus on GMP and pharmacopoeial analysis in accordance with Ph. Eur. She has experience in natural products research, product development, quality assurance and regulatory matters.
