holds a doctorate in biochemistry and has more than 20 years of experience in the laboratory sector, particularly in the areas of quality management and process optimisation. After working at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry, she worked for IMGM Laboratories GmbH for more than 11 years, in her last position as COO. She was responsible for a wide range of customer projects, led international teams and managed various change processes. She has been a founder and consultant at Laboratory Performance Consulting and a certified agile coach since 2023. She supports laboratories through change processes, the implementation of agile quality management systems and process optimisation.
