She first became involved in so-called ‘green law’ whilst undertaking the postgraduate programme in Business Law at the University of Cologne, specialising in intellectual property law, copyright law and competition law. She began her legal career at a law firm specialising exclusively in intellectual property law, where she worked for several years. Since then, she has provided comprehensive advice on competition law, the advertising of medicinal products, copyright law, press law and personality rights, as well as trade mark law. She draws on her many years of experience, in particular, in the litigation-based enforcement or defence against claims. Her client base includes, in particular, companies and service providers in the healthcare sector.
