Consent to photographs and film recordings as well as their publication: We would like to point out that photographs and film recordings are taken during our events by persons or service providers commissioned and authorised by us for the documentation of our events (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The recordings serve our public relations work as well as the use, publication and distribution in print, digital and online media, such as newsletters, websites, brochures, flyers and social networks. In this context, it is pointed out in particular that photos and videos on the internet can be accessed by any person. It cannot be ruled out that such persons will continue to use the photos/videos or pass them on to other persons. By registering for and participating in the event, you agree that the organiser is permitted to publish photos, audio and/or film contributions taken at the event without restriction, including for advertising purposes, across all media without permission or remuneration. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. This means that consent can be revoked with effect for the future. We will then immediately remove your photo/video from our website. In this case, please send your revocation to info(at)alphatopivs.de, stating the event.

The participation fee at the conference venue in Herrsching includes:
The corresponding overnight stay in a single room with breakfast (all rooms with shower/WC, telephone, large desk, free Internet access via WLAN), lunch with drink and coffee specialty, dinner from the buffet with drink of your choice as well as various drinks during the event and in the coffee breaks. All participants will receive the conference documents and any additional materials as printable PDF documents for download.

Do you need an additional overnight stay at our seminar venue in Herrsching on the day before the event? 
We will make a binding reservation for you for the desired additional night in your seminar accommodation on the day before the event. You can order this directly during the booking process. You will receive separate confirmation of the additional night from us after 1-2 days. Please contact us individually to find out the costs for the additional night, as these vary depending on the accommodation and availability. Please settle the additional night on site against invoice. Please do not forget to inform us of any late arrivals.

Without overnight stay. Our recommendation: Book a room in Bonn well in advance. You will find a list of accommodation within walking distance in the seminar description or you are welcome to use the call-off contingent described below.

Folders can be ordered on request: For a printing fee of € 20,- / pc. participants will receive all presentations in printed form in an A4 folder in addition to the USB stick. Please write to us separately. Thank you very much.

We have reserved a call-off contingent for you at the hotel. You can call this up under the keyword "Symposium". The contingent is limited. It is available until 6 weeks before the event:

• Standard single room: € 89.00 per room and night excluding breakfast

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure. Breakfast is charged at € 16.50 per person per night. WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house.
